Registration packets are available at the Bonduel Elementary office.
Please provide the following documents when you register:
- Proof of residency (One of the following if REQUIRED. However, you may be asked for a secondary form of additional proof of residency)-Lease/Rental agreement-Mortgage statement-Property tax bill-Utility bill (water/gas/electric)-Intent to Purchase with closing date-New Build Construction with estimated completion date-Legal Court Documentation (Out-of-home placement)
- Birth Certificate (Proof of birthdate and guardians is REQUIRED)
- Court documentation of custody agreement if applicable
3K Busing - Parents must provide transportation to and from each class, however, a 3K student who has an older sibling will be allowed to ride the bus to and from school. If you plan on transporting your child, please circle “No ride needed” on bus transportation form.
