High School Counselor
The Bonduel School District is seeking a dedicated, student-centered High School Counselor to serve grades 9–12 and collaborate with staff. This counselor will work within a professional learning community to advocate for students’ academic, social, and emotional growth while supporting career and college readiness. Key Responsibilities: Provide counseling to high school students and share resources with students and families for student mental health and wellness Create student schedules and assist with academic planning aligned to graduation requirements. Maintain, monitor, assess graduation requirements for all students, and adjust programming as needed. Guide students in career exploration and post-secondary planning, including college applications, scholarships, and financial aid. Organize career readiness activities Coordinate dates and manage school logistics for state-mandated assessments such as ACT, Pre-ACT, Forward, and AP testing. Communicate regularly with students and families and build partnerships with community organizations. Develop and implement required State of Wisconsin Academic and Career Planning Program (ACP)

Cross-Categorical Special Education Long-Term Substitute
The School District of Bonduel is seeking a full-time cross-categorical special education long-term substitute at Bonduel Middle School beginning March 2, 2026 Preference for candidates who have: -experience teaching students with a variety of abilities. -collaboration skills to work with other teachers, service providers, and paraprofessionals -ability to implement IEP's, as well as monitor student progress -experience modifying curriculum and creating supports to facilitate student success -ability to build positive relationships with parents, students, and community members. The School District of Bonduel is a public PK-12 district of approximately 800 students and is one of the highest achieving districts in Northeastern Wisconsin. Bonduel is located just 30 miles west of Green Bay. Our rural community is a strong supporter of students and staff. Classification: Immediate opportunities with the School District of Bonduel for the current school year for substitute teaching staff. Pay $125/day. Located in Bonduel, WI.
Qualifications: Follow and implement existing lesson plans, instruct students regarding a variety of classroom topics and courses of instruction, address various learning styles of students while demonstrating professional practices in teaching.
